My organic plantain tincture is made in small batches from plantain that grows on our property here in South East Tennessee.
Plantain is used to support the digestive system by treating inflammation in the stomach and bowels.
It is also used to treat and soothe the lungs, effectively loosening and expelling phlegm and congestion. Dries, tightens and tones the mucus lining in the lungs and throat. 
With its anti-inflammatory properties it has been used to treat acute gastritis and chronic colitis and may be beneficial for peptic ulcers.
It is used on mucous membranes so it can soothe and treat sore throats, hoarseness, mouth and gum irritations.
Plantain is known for its antiseptic, antispasmodic, emollient and parasiticide properties so it can be used for irritation in the stomach and urinary tract. It neutralizes stomach acids and secretions to promote normal bowel movements.

Dosage:  Take up to 30 drops 2-3 times per day.  Start slow and increase dose to alleviate the symptoms.
