Wormwood (Artemisia absinthium) is an herb with many potential health benefits, including:

• Digestion: Wormwood can help with digestion problems like loss of appetite, upset stomach, flatulence, gastritis, and intestinal spasms. The herb's terpenes compound can stimulate stomach mucus and intestinal secretions, which can help soothe digestive disorders. Wormwood can also reduce stomach acids, which can help with acid reflux.
