The recommended dose for the Cornsilk Tincture is 40-80 drops in water or under the tongue, up to 3 times daily.  Reduce dose for children according or contact a licensed herbalist for an exact dosage.  The herbalist will give you a dose based on the child’s age and weight based on a menstruum of 1:10 ratio. 
Stop dosage 4-5 hours before bedtime – cornsilk works as a mild diuretic.
